The problem

The accountants I work with kept telling me the same thing. Payroll software is full of menus, links and settings. Their clients, mostly trades and small crews, find it stressful, so they hand payroll back to the accountant.

What I built

A payroll app that someone with a handful of staff can run without help. You add the company and the people, run payroll, and it works out every deduction, makes the pay stubs, keeps the year-to-date totals right and tells you what to send the CRA. Employees log in to see their own stubs. The accountant can be given access too.

The numbers are checked line by line against the CRA’s own payroll calculator. A pay run can’t be edited after the fact, only reversed, so the records always add up.

Where it is now

Live since September 2026. More than 50 companies and 250 employees use it, and it calculates over $1 million of payroll every month.

What it means for you

If the software your business pays for is too complicated for the people who use it, I can build a simpler one.
